Learning Self Forgiveness


Self forgiveness is the first step to getting rid of all that negative energy and creating a positive aura to help you achieve your goals and dreams.Anger, whether conscious or subconscious, is negative. Many people are not successful or happy because of the negativity in their lives.

If you don’t love yourself, how can you expect anyone else to? Relationships are built on love and in order to love anyone, you must first learn to love yourself. This means learning self pardon. Get rid of the anger at yourself, make lists of the things you love about yourself, ask others to help. If you can identify the things you love about yourself, the things you don’t love start to lack importance.

It is also harder to forgive others if you do not have self pardon first. Holding grudges can be hazardous to any relationship. If you find you’re having problems forgiving others for wrongs committed against you look inward. Are you angry with yourself for committing the same misdeeds that you’re mad at others for? Forgiving yourself for these acts will allow you to more easily forgive others.

Negativity can be the root of all problems. Are you struggling with your finances? If so, it could be because of problems you’ve had in the past making money or keeping money. You may be angry with yourself for the mistakes you’ve made regarding your finances. Self pardon regarding your past financial mistakes can eliminate the negativity, allowing you to move on and get to making better decisions for your future.

Is your health suffering? Negativity in your life will often affect your health in a variety of ways. Anything from a general feeling of illness to serious, life threatening diseases can be caused by the negativity that comes from self loathing. Once you start practicing self forgiveness, you can start thinking more positively. The power of positive thinking is awesome. Rather than dwelling on your illness, you can dwell on being healthy. Don’t be angry that you are sick. Think of the things regarding our health that are right. Even if it is just focusing on the fact that you woke up this morning, that’s a good start.

Eliminating the problems in your life starts with learning to let go of anger. Self forgiveness can help you to improve all areas of your life, and to live a happier, more successful, healthier life.
